How do I apply to be a Camper? All campers are required to receive ANNUAL sponsorship from their local Elks Lodge to attend the camp. Families should reach out to their sponsoring lodge in the Fall to obtain all the required paperwork and information for the upcoming camp season. Every camper is required to submit an application each year with updated information regarding their abilities and needs. Missing sections or incomplete applications will not be considered or reviewed. Upon successfully completing all required documentation you will receive an email stating that your application has been received and will be processed. Until you receive this email, the application is considered incomplete. Status notifications (enrollment or waitlisted status) will be sent out to ALL campers upon the camp finalizing our staff hiring process in the Spring. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first come first serve, based on ability policy. No spaces may be held, reserved, etc. until the full application has been received. There is not an application deadline but it's suggested to apply as soon as possible as spaces do fill quickly.

What Type of Food is Available? We have a full kitchen that will produce three meals a day for our campers. That being said, we do have ONE main option, plus a vegetarian alternative. These meals are served family style and served at the table by the counselors who can monitor portion control. We do like to keep our food options kid friendly, such as chicken nuggets, pizza, pancakes, waffles, etc. Any campers that have picky / selective eating preferences are encouraged to bring food to camp to ensure that they have an option they are comfortable eating. These dishes will come out directly from the kitchen to the camper. Families are welcome to reach out to the Camp Director one week prior to the schedule program and request a copy of the menu for the upcoming week.
