Director of Elks Camp Moore
Todd Thompson
Todd joined Elks Camp Moore in 2016 as the Director and brought with him a Degree in Business Management and years of experience within the special needs camping industry. Todd serves the American Camping Association as a Lead Visitor ensuring camps operate at the highest level, sits on the board of advisors of Special Needs Camp for an international visa sponsor, and holds many industry certifications. His understanding of operational management keeps Elks Camp Moore as a premier camp program. He finds satisfaction in being able to provide campers with recreational programs that meet their needs and staff with cultural exchange opportunities they might not otherwise have.
Assistant Camp Director
Jenna Bado
Jenna joined Elks Camp Moore in 2013 as a Special Needs Camp Counselor and was brought on as the Assistant Director in 2017. Jenna has a degree in elementary education and started her career as a resource and inclusion teacher for individuals with additional needs. She then obtained her Masters degree in Special Education with a focus on Autism. Jenna is a teacher throughout the school year supporting individuals with Autism in an ABA classroom. Jenna definitely brings the FUN to camp as she plans and delivers a full season of themed activities and programs for everyone enjoy.
Property Maintenance Supervisor
Anthony Alfonso Jr.
Anthony Jr. joined Elks Camp Moore in 2017 as our Property Maintenance Supervisor. Anthony grew up volunteering at camp supporting during his local Elks Lodge clean-up days and projects. Now employed, Anthony Jr. continues to support navigating Elks Camp Moore into our new development stages and capital improvements ensuring that the grounds and facilities are maintained and kept clean. Anthony Jr. can often be found driving the gator around camp and working on projects. During his downtime, Anthony Jr. enjoys spending time with his dog Bo.

Paula Kopcho PDD
Paula joined the Special Children’s Committee in 2024 and is based out of the Woodbridge office. She has been involved with the Elks since teenage years helping with Special Needs parties, Charity Balls and fundraising. Exalted Ruler in 2008, District Deputy in 2022 and continuing as Lodge Secretary, Paula was Bookkeeper, Controller and Human Resource Manager for small family-owned businesses throughout her working career. She can be found at her home office answering questions and keeping up with financial matters concerning the Committee and the Camp.
